He is an architect and a teacher that holds a Ph. D. in architecture: design and computation, from the School of Architecture and Planning, MIT. He teaches at the Faculty of Architecture of TU Lisbon since 1991, in CAD, Descriptive Geometry and Shape Grammars courses. He supports advanced studies and research, in architecture, town planning and design fields.
